Tracking down every missing feline in South Park: The Fractured but Whole is essential for players seeking complete side-quest completion. The Scavenger: Re-Alienation side quest requires finding Big Gay Al's six stray cats scattered around the neighborhood. Each cat requires specific buddy abilities or environmental interactions to safely rescue.

Unlocking the Scavenger Mission

Before beginning your search, you must trigger the quest by speaking with Big Gay Al outside his house. He explains that his six beloved felines have escaped and need to be returned home safely. Accepting this task unlocks progress toward valuable rewards and achievement completion.

Finding Felines in Residential Areas

The first cat, Alton Bozer, rests comfortably on the branch of a tree located near the playground. Players must use a Snap-N-Pops firecracker to knock the branch down and retrieve the animal. Another cat, Boging, can be spotted lurking behind the garage at Cartman's house, requiring players to clear path obstacles to reach it.

Exploring Commercial Locations

Heading toward the town's commercial district leads to several more hidden stray animals. One cat sits atop the roof of the South Park Senior Center, reachable by using the Fartkour ability with Human Kite. Another feline hides inside the SoDoCoDo area near the abandoned building, where environmental puzzles must be solved first.

Securing the Final Cats

The remaining cats require specific companion abilities unlocked later in the main story campaign. One stays perched near the pond, while the final cat hides near Hillvale Farm on the outskirts of town. Once all six cats are collected, return to Big Gay Al to complete the quest and claim your reward.
